Small teacup with blue & turquoise glazes; Gas-fired; Just under 3” ht.

I make these teacups using a white stoneware or porcelain clay. They are accented with a locally dug brown clay slip (Aloha driveway mud), glazed, and then bisque & glaze fired in the gas kiln here at the studio.

Several times a year I get to make a series of these smaller teacups. They are very convenient in kiln loading, filling in the small spaces between larger pots..

Each is individually hand-thrown, trimmed, and glazed. Slight variations in shape and color are inevitable. Please understand that shipped pieces will look similar to the photo, never exactly the same.
